Emotional wellbeing
A space to pause and make sense of things.
You do not need a diagnosis to seek support. Counselling can provide space to explore grief, low mood, burnout, self-worth, life transitions and relationship pressures.
Who this is for
- Persistent low mood
- Grief and loss
- Career, relationship and identity transitions
- Burnout and emotional exhaustion
- Men’s mental health
- Self-worth and a harsh inner critic
How we work
Sometimes what is needed most is a thinking space: somewhere to slow down, be honest and understand what is happening beneath the surface. We work at your pace, and the goal is to help you build the resources to live well without ongoing therapy.
Together, you can consider the effects on daily life, identify sources of support and agree on practical next steps. If medical or specialist assessment is needed, the practice can discuss referral options.
Plan your next step
Appointments are available in person at Como or Byford, or by telehealth where suitable. A free initial consultation is available if you would like to talk about fit before committing.
